Applejack Cooler

Method:

Pour the applejack and ginger ale into an ice-filled Collins glass. Stir briefly. Add the lemon twist.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 fl oz (75 ml) applejack
  • 6 to 7 fl oz (180 to 210 ml) ginger ale
  • 1 lemon twist, for garnish
